Our Story
Founded in 2015, Alpha Investment & Property Limited began with a simple goal: to make land acquisition stress-free and affordable for the ordinary Ghanaian. Over the past decade, we have helped countless individuals and families secure their lands and build their future.
In February 2025, we proudly celebrated our 10th anniversary, a milestone that reflects our dedication, growth, and the trust our customers have placed in us.
With three active branches located in Kasoa, Amasaman, and Winneba, we continue to expand our footprint while maintaining the values that built our strong foundation.
